It’s week three in our introductions, and we must admit it’s been a ton of fun getting to know our team on a more intimate level. It’s one thing to work with them, but it’s another to know them outside of the job. We love being an international company, learning about different cultures, backgrounds, and passions. This week we want to highlight Aleksandar. He’s an affiliate manager at Revolution Force and currently resides in Serbia.

How long have you been at Revolution Force?
A few weeks.
Why did this type of work interest you, and how did you get started?
Affiliate management is something that I’ve been doing for years. I started around 2010 and have been outsourced to some big and small clients during the years. I like it because I can get in touch with people, find new leads, and discuss offers and business
What’s a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday will start with coffee, checking boards and forums for possible new leads, checking emails, Skype, Slack, Telegram, negotiating with possible affiliates, and discussing hot offers we have, all while collecting new contacts and trying to turn them into leads
What do you like most about working for Revolution Force?
I like the crew; everyone is so helpful, Jeremy and Sean are great and supportive, and it’s a new challenge for me. I want to stay here and grow business as much as possible.
What is one piece of advice you can give someone who wants to work in affiliate marketing?
The piece of advice that I would give to someone is you simply need to love this type of work, be persuasive, consistent, and focused.
How is the work culture at Revolution Force?
Work culture is at it’s best, especially for the remote type of work
What is your greatest work achievement?
My greatest work achievement so far is while been outsourced to Chaturbate as it’s project manager and traffic manager, I managed to make them $4.2 million in revenue on their $500k of investment
Where do you see yourself in this industry in five years?
I see myself in five years at Revolution Force for sure, with a lot of affiliates behind me and aiming for some higher position in the company

My hobbies are basketball, crypto world, spending time with friends, watching sports games and matches when I’m not a full-time daddy.

My favorite places to travel would be the USA, Australia, South Africa
