Last year was brutal; we won’t deny that- a global pandemic, stay-at-home orders, and the endless amount of businesses closing. It’s been rough. However, we at Revolution Force prevailed and came out even stronger. So much so we’ve been hiring an abundance of new teammates. Over the next few weeks, we’d like to introduce our newest team members in the hopes you’ll get to know and love them just as much as we do. Our first on the list, Bohdan! 

Bohdan lives in Ukraine, Kiev, and when he’s not working, he enjoys eating, sleeping, teaching his daughter new things, playing the drums, and driving places he’s never been before to see some beautiful nature. 

Bohdan has been with the company for a little more than a year now and is one of the affiliate managers. 

Why did this type of work interest you, and how did you get started?

It was a new challenge for me in a not-so-well-known niche. I started in an account manager position for another network and transitioned into some unique private projects. Finally, I was given an awesome job offer at Revolution Force, and I think I found the perfect job for myself.  

What’s a typical workday like for you?

In short, the morning consists of a brief overview of news, messages, and questions concerning me. After breakfast with my family, I grow relationships/revenue with my partners. I love working in cafés, coffee shops, and other good places where I can feel some inspiration rather than being at home.

What do you like most about working for Revolution Force?

100% it’s working with the team headed by Sean. In one of the interviews Sean did, he said that his goal is his team’s happiness; that’s what I like most in RF!

What is one piece of advice you can give someone who wants to work in affiliate marketing?

Learn, learn and learn. Be savage, dream, set goals that you haven’t set before.

How is the work culture at Revolution Force?

It’s about respect, understanding, and helping each other reach goals.

What is your greatest work achievement?

More than 100k in revenue.

Where do you see yourself in this industry in five years?

I’ll be a 30-year-old man who has more than half of the world’s top affiliates in the RF affiliate marketing niche.

Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they?

Definitely drums, education, and cars.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

Europe, especially Nice, France.

If you could go any place in the world- where would you go?

Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland, Yosemite National Park in the United States, and Tokyo, Japan.

What is something unique about yourself?

God created almost 7.6 billion unique people, but I do not think that someone else with the name Bohdan works with such a cool team, has a wonderful daughter and wife, and loves to play drums at the same time lives in Kiev. This is what makes me unique.

Favorite animal?

Definitely dogs!
