Say hello, to RF’s affiliate manager Laoren

Albania is found on Southeastern Europe’s Balkan Peninsula and a historical place filled with bunkers and dangerous alcoholic beverages (Raki), sure to knock you on your feet. It’s a place where yes means no, and no means yes. The average person in the world shakes their head side to side in reference to “no,” but not in Albania. A nod of up and down actually means “no.” Make sure not to get those two confused when you visit this hidden travel destination. Anywho, it’s time to introduce another team member located none other than Albania! Big surprise there, since I prepped you with this excellent intro- ha! His name is Laoren, and he’s an affiliate manager for us. Before partnering with us as a manager, he worked as an affiliate for two years- he knows the ins and outs of the business, but let’s learn a little more about him, shall we.

Why did this type of work interest you, and how did you get started?

I had an interest in this job because of the time I was working as an affiliate. I always thought that as a manager, I’d feel much better, more serious, and hard working. I was asked for this and to be honest I was happy and surprised.

What’s a typical workday like for you?

It’s kind of the same as it used to be before this. Same schedule, same hours spent, but now I’m worried about my affiliate’s revenue more than my own. Helping them make the stats go higher day by day and also finding new ones.

What do you like most about working for Revolution Force?

First of all, it is the team. When I first started, I was assigned to Jeremy, and he has been a big help to me, replying fast, providing new offers. Big difference from other platforms.

What is one piece of advice you can give someone who wants to work in affiliate marketing?

My advice would be: time is money, so work smart, not hard.

How is the work culture at Revolution Force?

I love it, so far so good. Everything is organized, and there is harmony between the team members.

What is your greatest work achievement?

Although still an affiliate, I tried to organize my friends I was working with and help them earn more and more day by day. Still trying, but now with every affiliate, I manage.

Time to learn some more!

What do you like to do in your free time? What do you do when you’re not working?

I start the day early, so I have a lot of free time. The first thing I do is go out to have a coffee and drive around the city. When my friends are up, we meet and make a plan about the workday; they’re my affiliates. On weekends we visit nearby cities and villages with beautiful nature.

Do you have any hobbies? If so, what are they?

I love listening to music, especially when I’m driving or playing pool. I’m not into any other sports. Oh, and I love traveling too.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

Mostly cities near the sea but I’ve visited woods and mountains too.

If you could go any place in the world- where would you go?

Like most people, I like America, but I like Canada and UK too.

What is something unique about yourself?

If I schedule something at any time, I’ll be ready 5 mins earlier. If that doesn’t happen, it means something unusual happened, and I’d apologize a million times. Also, I try to help people as much as I can.

Favorite animal?

Dogs, I have a black pug and a cat, but I love dogs the most.
